Payment methods

1.Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery)
You can pay for your order upon delivery to you. COD is valid only for the whole of Greece, if the shipment of the order is made with the Courier company that we cooperate with.If the customer does not respond repeatedly to phone calls and e-mails to confirm the order, Mamapanda reserves the right not to send the products. Orders that are not confirmed, within 3 working days, will be canceled.

2. Payment by card
You can pay for your order through our site with your credit or debit card through Viva Wallet.

3. Payment by deposit in a bank account 
You can pay for your order by bank deposit in the following bank accounts:

In case you make a transfer through web banking of another bank, the costs should be borne entirely by the principal (OUR indication). In case the choice is not possible you should calculate the amount of transportation costs.

The reason for the deposit or transfer should be your name and order number. To confirm the payment you must send us the proof of deposit to info@mamapanda.gr.

The order is considered paid if it has been paid in full and not in part. The amount should include all other expenses (banking, shipping, etc.).

The deposit must be made no later than 3 working days from the date of registration of your order. ATTENTION TO BANK SUPPLIES. In case you deposit money from a non-cooperating bank, the order will be sent when the payment is confirmed in the bank account of our company. The shipping time of your order is calculated from the day of receipt of payment.
Important note: We recommend orders over € 100 to be paid by bank deposit or card payment.

Shipping methods

Shipping by Courier

The shipment of the order will be made with the Courier company that we work with with the cost up to 2Kg amounting to € 6. For higher package weight, our system automatically calculates the cost during the payment process of your order (+ € 1.50 each extra kilos).

Shipping / delivery of orders worldwide (except remote / inaccessible areas) is done in 10-15 working days from the completion of the order, depending on the period and the workload. For remote and inaccessible areas the delivery will take place in 5-10 extra days.

Shipping / delivery of orders for the whole country (except remote / inaccessible areas) is done in 1-3 working days from the completion of the order, depending on the period and the workload. For remote and inaccessible areas the delivery will take place in 1-5 extra days.

When you sign up for a specific newsletter, we (mamapanda.gr) add your email address to a corresponding mailing list. While it is there, we know that we can contact you by email regarding that topic.

You can always have your email address removed from our mailing lists. There are multiple ways to do it:

  • Once your account is registered, just sign in and unsubscribe from newsletters in profile settings.
  • Use the “Unsubscribe” link in our newsletters that you receive.
  • Send an email to info@mamapanda.gr.

We may use a third-party email service (MailChimp and/or Mad Mimi) to send newsletters. Some members of our staff can view mailing lists with email addresses. That way they’ll be able to remove your email address from the mailing list, should you request us to do so.

Please note that mailing lists are independent from each other. If you decide not to receive newsletters at all, you’ll have to unsubscribe from all the mailing lists. Even if you do that, you’ll still receive account-related emails (such as order status notifications, password reset emails, and more). It is essential for operating an online store.

If you decide that you no longer want to use our store and would like to have your personal data removed from our database (or if you’d like to get all the personal data associated with your account that we have), please send an email to info@mamapanda.gr.

If you believe that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We’re obliged by EU General Data Protection Regulation to let you know about this right; we don’t actually intend to misuse your data.
