For reasons of hygiene and the nature of our products we do not accept returns on most of our products.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If the products you bought do not go as you would like you have the right to return them and request a change either in size or choose something else. In this case we must return the products you wish to change, in their original packaging within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The process you need to follow includes 2 simple steps:

1. Contact us by phone or via email (info@mamapanda.gr) to inform us that you intend to change the product.

2. Send the product in secure packaging. It is a necessary condition that the returned product is in the condition in which you received it, ie it has not been damaged or damaged. Send the package to the company's headquarters.

For product changes and returns that are not due to the fault of Mamapanda, the Customer is charged with the costs of returning and returning the products.

The returned products are under your responsibility until they reach us. Only returned products that are in excellent condition will be accepted. In case of return of packaged product (eg in a cardboard box or net) the return will be accepted as long as the package is intact (not opened) and the contents are placed as delivered.

If the above have been observed, after receiving and examining the parcel we will contact you to proceed with a change in either size or type.


At Mamapanda we trade products of companies that are distinguished for their excellent quality. However, a defect may not be detected during the quality control. So if the product you received is defective you should, within 7 calendar days, follow the following simple steps:

1. Call us (+302106614381) or send an email (info@mamapanda.gr) stating the code of the defective product, as well as the most detailed description of the defect. Possible photos will help. Once the defect is verified we will contact you.

2. Deliver the parcel to the courier company that we will indicate to you, with which our company cooperates.

In case of return of defective product you are not charged with shipping costs. From the moment we receive the return, within 3-5 working days we will contact you.


The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days. By exercising the withdrawal you are obliged to return to us the product in excellent condition in which it was delivered to you within 14 calendar days. Within the same deadline (from the receipt of the product) we are obliged to return the amounts you have paid us.

  • The withdrawal does not need to be justified and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly to the condition in which it was received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition.
  • The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the company for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
  • The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing or electronically and the Company is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it reaches it.
  • Following the declaration of withdrawal, the Company is obliged to return the price received within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the products.
  • In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. Shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by Mamapanda and are borne by the Customer.
  • Refunds do not include initial shipping costs in case they have been charged by the Customer, but only the value of the returned product. In case the customer had received free shipping costs in the original order will be charged in addition to the amount of these costs, depending on the shipping area.

The Customer is not entitled to withdraw in the cases of article 3b of law 2251/94 and in any other case that is provided by law or the present in accordance with the law. The Customer is not entitled to exercise withdrawal in bottles, glasses, teething products, bibs, tableware, cutlery, feeding containers, swimwear, underwear and socks / tights for reasons of hygiene.

You can always have your email address removed from our mailing lists. There are multiple ways to do it:

  • Once your account is registered, just sign in and unsubscribe from newsletters in profile settings.
  • Use the “Unsubscribe” link in our newsletters that you receive.
  • Send an email to info@mamapanda.gr.

We may use a third-party email service (MailChimp and/or Mad Mimi) to send newsletters. Some members of our staff can view mailing lists with email addresses. That way they’ll be able to remove your email address from the mailing list, should you request us to do so.

Please note that mailing lists are independent from each other. If you decide not to receive newsletters at all, you’ll have to unsubscribe from all the mailing lists. Even if you do that, you’ll still receive account-related emails (such as order status notifications, password reset emails, and more). It is essential for operating an online store.

If you decide that you no longer want to use our store and would like to have your personal data removed from our database (or if you’d like to get all the personal data associated with your account that we have), please send an email to info@mamapanda.gr.

If you believe that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We’re obliged by EU General Data Protection Regulation to let you know about this right; we don’t actually intend to misuse your data.
